Easter Weekend Oyster Roast

We had a great Friday night celebrating Easter weekend with family and oysters.  Thankfully, my dad gathered two bushels before leaving Land's End and brought them home to share with all of us.  


If you can't get to the coast, bring the coast to you.  Thanks, Dad and Mom.










These boys ate and ate and ate some more.






Susie made a delicious salad of baby arugula, romaine, red and green onions, strawberries, smoked almonds, blue cheese, and pita chips.  I will be recreating this soon.


Still eating...



We ended the night with a warm fire and chatting around the chiminea.




I am so thankful for my family!
